Nystrom's Resort is home to us, and we hope you will feel at home here too. We are a small family resort located on a quiet point on beautiful Big Chetac Lake near Birchwood, Wisconsin. Whether you want to fish, explore nature, or just relax, we have a comfortable, beautifully-restored northwoods cabin for you. Come once, and you'll see why some customers have been coming for over 20, 30, even over 50 years: this northwoods paradise feels like home.

We have been going to Nystroms for about 14 years now. It's on a beautiful section of Big Chetac. The advantage of this resort is that when fishing slows on Chetac we can boat a short distance to Birch and then to Little Birch.
