Tucked away at the edge of the resort, Maple is our most private cabin. It’s a true hideaway with both lake and lagoon views. From the private deck, you can watch deer at the water’s edge, turtles sunning on logs, and eagles soaring overhead. In spring, the evening frog chorus drifts in from the lagoon, reminding you that you’re fully immersed in the Northwoods.

 

Inside, Maple offers two queen bedrooms, each with handcrafted furniture built by our founder, John Halberg. A fold-down couch in the living room adds extra sleeping space, bringing the capacity to six. The main living space includes a gas heat stove and mini-split A/C for year-round comfort. With vaulted pine ceilings, beams, and warm paneling, you’ll know you’ve arrived at a classic Northwoods cabin — clean, comfortable, and timeless.

 

Recent updates include a fully renovated kitchen (2021) and a new full bathroom (2022), ensuring modern convenience alongside Maple’s rustic charm. Large windows invite in natural light and lake breezes, while Wi-Fi and a Smart TV keep you connected when you want to be.

 

Whether it’s watching the sunset from the deck, enjoying a family dinner, or simply taking in the quiet beauty of the lagoon, Maple Cabin is the perfect retreat for those seeking both privacy and peace.

*Additional guests are $20 per person per night, up to the cabin’s maximum occupancy.
