Deposits & Cancellation Policy

 

Booking Deposit

A $200 deposit is required to reserve any cabin or pontoon boat rental. If the booking is for more than one week, a $200 deposit is required for each cabin week and each pontoon boat rental week. This deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.

For Sycamore Lodge, the booking deposit is 50%. 

Payment Schedule

• On January 15, we collect an additional payment to bring your total amount paid up to 50% of the full reservation cost. 

• The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your arrival date.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel your reservation:

• More than 90 days before arrival: You will immediately receive a full refund of what you have paid, minus the non-refundable booking deposit. 

• More than 60 days before your arrival: You will immediately receive 80% of what you have paid, minus the non-refundable booking deposit. 

• At 60 days before arrival, all deposits are non-refundable.

Policy for bookings made prior to August 29, 2026: We will refund your deposit in full minus a $50 cancellation fee, if and when we rent that same cabin or pontoon boat at the full price for the same week.
